| The main emphasis in music
class is singing. Musical concepts are built into the curriculum as
students learn about music by doing music. Action, movement, folk,
world, classical, patriotic, jazz, rock, blues, and percussive are just
some of the descriptive words for the music we enjoy singing and
playing. The movement toward keeping our musical heritage alive is alive
